Lil' Wayne's 2nd PSA
The basis of this video is that Wayne has signed Torion Sellers, a 14 year old artist. I have no knowledge about him but they already got Chuckee & Twist so it seems as though their turning more and more into a daycare. We'll see what he brings to the table in the upcoming months.

Thought this was a joke at first. Guess he can sing hooks for wayne for a few years until his balls drops then he'll be useless.
