Young Jeezy - Talk To Me (feat. Eminem & Freddie Gibbs) [prod. Drumma Boy]

This shit right here! TM: 103 is going to be one of the best albums of the year and every track has been fire. Getting Em on the hook here and already had Jay-Z and 3 Stacks on the same track. Jeezy sat down with Sway yesterday on RapFix Live and was saying how he is really proud of this album and that it will not disappoint. Hopefully this is all true, download this track after the jump.

Eminem & DMX Working On Collaborative Project

Interesting news. VERY interesting. Let me let veteran producer Cave explain what the situation is:

"That right there, I’m going to be honest with you, it was just an idea we were throwing around and it kind of just stuck — I probably should give all the credit to that to my man Ali and [Def Jam executive] Randy Acker. They got ties with Marshall [Eminem] and they were like, ‘We’re good with Marshall and we’re good with X. How can we make this record happen?’ To my knowledge, they’ve already had the phone conversation, they’ve already spoke, everything is good. They talked on a real level. I don’t want to get too deep into it but they’ve already spoken and the record is in the making. We’re just waiting for all of the particulars to come flying. We’re going to see hip-hop history."

This shit would be mad interesting. We'll have to see what develops.

Songs of the Week (September 3)

This will be the first SOTW post from my new apartment in the streets of Boston, MA. The site has been in a state of struggle for the past week or so, due to the power outages and my moving situation, but we got the internet up and running in the new place so SF.net is back up to full force. This week's songs got some oldies, some new joints and one of the most hilarious freestyles ever recorded. Hit the jump to check it out.

As you might know already, Andrew and I are going to be in Manchester, TN for the Bonnaroo Music Festival from 6/9 to 6/12. The site won't be updated, obviously, for that weeks worth of time. To make up for the lack of activity that will happening on here, I got a special "Songs of the Week" post for everyone, featuring the artists we will be seeing live this weekend. All the artists to the left of the hyphens will be performing. Hit the jump to check it out.
